The Big Bear Trail Riders 11th annual Presidents Day Weekend camping trip will be Friday February 14 through Monday February 17, 2014.
To reach the BBTR campsite take Hwy 86 south from Indio and turn right on Hwy S-22 (Borrego Salton Seaway) and drive 2.7 miles to Holly Road, Turn left and drive 2.4 miles to the BBTR campsite. We will be to the left of the road. Please download the ride tracks on our website. There is a waypoint in the file for the BBTR Campsite.
This is a dry campsite so come prepared. The club will provide a chili dinner for Saturday night. Everyone will be on their own for the balance of the meals. Bring firewood and your favorite refreshment to share at the Happy Hour campsite fire every evening at 4pm.
The ride selections are as follow:
Ride 1 Grand Loop: 133 mile ride, Spectacular views, full days ride pack your own lunch. For strong intermediate or advanced rides. 98 miles to first gas in Borrego Springs. Pack your own lunch or have a late lunch in Borrego Springs
Ride 2 Borrego Lap: 65 mile ride, Victory lap around the desert valley floor, 48 miles to lunch at the Desert Rose. Good for strong beginners and intermediate, or just a great scenic ride
Ride 3 Honda Monument: Short (18 miles) tough intermediate ride. Discover the coolest hidden monument in the desert. Just a fun ride
Ride 4 Pumpkin Loop: Just an easier fun short ride, fun 20 mile loop around camp, with a stop at Pumpkin Patch.

This ride is free ride for BBTR members, their family and guests, and is a great time for members to meet each other and their families.
